Message from the President and the Director…

After the prestigious 2008 edition placed under the honorary presidency of the director of Midnight Express, Evita and Pink Floyd the Wall - Sir Alan Parker, and its great success thanks to the triumph of the Shootings Trade Show, a veritable showcase for film commissions targeted towards producers, the team is preparing its 8^th edition from 19^th to 21^st March 2009.

As our website visitors already know, all our events, round tables between authors, directors and scriptwriters, literary adaptation workshops, book readings by authors and actors, preview film screenings and book signings are offered to you by the Cinema & Literature International Forum.

We look forward to sharing with many of you the magic of the event once again…

2001- 2008… seven years of cinema and literature, punctuated with meetings, exchange and intense emotion, unforgettable moments shared with professionals and amateurs in the know, alongside research and discovery.

A veritable “international bank of ideas”, the Forum not only gives producers the opportunity to find subjects for their next films thanks to the Literary Adaptation and Remake Markets, but also to set up co-productions and, thanks to the “Shootings Trade Show”, new for 2008, to find financial and logistic support.
